Long Beach Water Cooler Rental, Installed by Our Own Technicians

Aqualume rents bottleless water coolers to Long Beach businesses, from a five-person office to a gym, starting at $80 a month per dispenser*. The cooler connects to the water line you already have, so nobody lifts a jug or waits on a delivery truck. Most models pour hot water as well as cold and room-temperature, and some make ice or sparkling water. Installation is free.

Why Long Beach offices choose our water and ice dispensers

Which Cooler Fits Your Long Beach Space

Choosing comes down to two things: how many people use the machine, and whether they want ice. A four-person office asked us that in our website chat, and for a team that size a countertop unit is usually enough. A busy break room needs a freestanding cooler. If there’s no water line anywhere near the break room, bottled delivery is simpler, and we’ll tell you so.

Work the same way as full-size water coolers but fit on a counter, for smaller spaces and teams.

Floor-standing units for larger workforces, with a clean look in any break room.

Freestanding and countertop models, like the Glacier and the Blizzard, that pour filtered water and make ice.

Sparkling Water Dispenser

Our Jetstream is the only water dispenser in our range that pours sparkling. It handles hot and cold as well.

The Perfect Water Solution for Offices and Commercial Spaces in Long Beach

Offices and Break Rooms

An office gets one monthly bill for the Aqualume cooler in place of a delivery account, a corner full of jugs and someone lifting 40-pound bottles. The rate stays the same each month. Filters are the one separate charge, about once a year.

Filtered Water for Spas

At a Long Beach spa, guests get a glass of filtered water, and you can fill steamers from the same dispenser, which helps limit mineral scale.

Clinics and Medical Offices

In a Long Beach clinic the waiting room needs water that's always there. A plumbed-in dispenser has no open jug to swap or store, and every cup gets the same seven stages.

Teams Done with Bottled Water

A plumbed-in cooler ends the delivery routine. It isn't always cheaper. One small office told us "5 cases of bottle water cost us $30 a week" and called our quote too expensive. For a team that size, cases can win.

Gyms and Fitness Studios

Members refill bottles all session long. An Aqualume cooler on the water line doesn't run out the way a jug does, and the Glacier adds up to 44 lbs of ice a day for anyone who wants it colder.

Better Water for Coffee and Tea

Chlorine and minerals change how coffee and tea taste. Our pre-carbon stage takes out chlorine and the membrane reduces dissolved solids, so a café or break room brews with the same water every day.

Local Installation and Service in Long Beach, California

Our technicians install the cooler on the water line already in your Long Beach building, and after that the plan covers scheduled maintenance and repairs at no extra charge. Plans start at $80 a month per dispenser*. The one separate cost is replacement filters, usually once a year. Agreement length depends on your site and we confirm it in writing before you sign, so ask about it on the first call.

Long Beach Tap Water: What Offices Should Know

Where Long Beach’s water comes from

In 2024, Long Beach Utilities met 60 percent of the city’s drinking water needs from local groundwater. The other 40 percent was imported from the Metropolitan Water District, which brings it in from the Colorado River and the State Water Project. The two are blended before most of it reaches your tap.

Safe to drink, with taste that varies

Long Beach Utilities’ 2024 report says the city’s tap water meets every federal and state drinking water standard. It’s disinfected with chlorine at treatment and chloramine in the pipes, and that’s the taste some people notice. Hardness is the other difference: the utility’s blended zone averaged 110 parts per million, and the zone that gets only imported water averaged 240. Water that hard scales up kettles quickly. That’s the usual reason a Long Beach office filters its water at the tap.

What our dispenser does to that water

Aqualume water dispensers tap into your existing line and send the water through seven stages before it reaches the cup. The pre-carbon stage takes out chlorine. The RO/UF membrane reduces metals and dissolved solids, and a nutrient boost adds minerals back. Whichever zone your office is in, there are no jugs to lift or deliveries to track.

Long Beach Water Cooler Rental FAQ

How much does a bottleless water cooler cost to rent in Long Beach?

Renting a bottleless water cooler from Aqualume in Long Beach starts at $80 a month per dispenser*. That covers the machine and installation, plus scheduled maintenance and repairs. Replacement filters are billed separately when they’re changed, roughly once a year. How long the agreement runs is set for your site and confirmed in writing before you sign. Not sure yet? The 7-day trial is free. *Starting price; final pricing depends on the machine and site.

Do you offer a free trial for water coolers in Long Beach?

Yes. Our technicians install a water dispenser at your Long Beach site and you use it for seven days. If it isn’t right for you, we come back and remove it at no charge. Aqualume runs the same trial anywhere we work in Southern California.

What types of bottleless water dispensers are available for offices in Long Beach?

Seven, and the right one for a Long Beach office depends on space. Two are freestanding with hot, cold and ambient water: the Glacier, which also makes up to 44 lbs of ice a day, and the Cascade, our best seller, with a 15.6-inch touchscreen. The Gulfstream is a slim 11.8-inch tower and the Lightstream our narrowest countertop dispenser; both pour hot and cold. The Blizzard makes 165 lbs of nugget ice a day plus hot and ambient water. The Jetstream is the only sparkling model. The Avalanche ice dispenser makes ice only.

How does the 7-stage filtration process work?

In this order. Sediment filtration catches dirt and rust first. A pre-carbon filter takes out chlorine and chemicals, and the RO/UF membrane reduces metals and dissolved solids. Then come pH balancing, sanitization, a nutrient boost that puts minerals back, and a final taste and odor polish. Every Aqualume machine uses the same seven stages, including the Avalanche for its ice.

Do I change the filter myself, or does a technician come out?

A technician comes out. Long Beach clients never touch the filter: our team handles the scheduled service visits and sanitizing, plus service calls and repairs, all covered by the plan. Replacement filters are the one item billed separately, roughly once a year when we change them.
