Why bottleless
A bottleless dispenser taps the water line your building already has and filters on site, so there's nothing to reorder. Compared with 5-gallon delivery:
No jugs stacked by the door, no delivery truck to wait on, and no plastic headed for landfill.
How the water is filtered
Tap water goes into the machine at one end and passes seven stages before it reaches your cup. Most take something out; one puts minerals back.
What the monthly plan includes
*Starting price; final pricing depends on the machine and site. What's not in the plan: replacement filters, billed separately when we change them, about once a year. The standard agreement is 36 months, confirmed in writing before you sign. No fuel surcharges, no per-jug pricing, no delivery fees, because nothing gets delivered.

Plans start from $80 a month per dispenser*; the exact figure depends on the machine and the site. The monthly payment pays for installation and scheduled service, plus repairs and unit swaps. Replacement filters are the exception: billed separately when we change them, about once a year.
Our technicians install it on your water line and your team uses it for seven full days. If it isn't right, we remove it at no charge. You don't give us a credit card, and you're not committed to anything.
Yes. The standard agreement is 36 months, with the rate and what the plan covers written on your quote before you sign. If three years is longer than your lease, say so before the install.
Sediment goes first, then chlorine and chemicals (pesticides too) at pre-carbon. The RO/UF membrane catches metals, dissolved solids and arsenic; sanitization handles bacteria and pathogens. Then we balance the pH, put calcium, potassium and magnesium back, and polish for taste.
For a small team we'd start with the countertop Lightstream or the slim Gulfstream; busy floors suit the Cascade or Glacier. If you're four people happy with a few cases a week, keep the cases.
Yes, on different machines. The Glacier gives you water at all three temperatures and 44 lbs of ice a day. The Avalanche makes only ice: 380 lbs a day, cubed or nugget. The Blizzard, on a counter or a tower, makes 165 lbs of chewable nugget ice next to hot and ambient water. Sparkling is the Jetstream and nothing else.
