Yes to both, on different machines. The Glacier pours hot, cold and ambient water and makes 44 lbs of ice a day; the Avalanche is a dedicated ice machine making 380 lbs a day of cubed or nugget ice; the countertop Blizzard makes 165 lbs of chewable nugget ice alongside cold and ambient water. Sparkling comes from one machine only — the tabletop Jetstream.
