Every pour, every model
Municipal water enters the dispenser on one side and leaves it on the other having passed through seven separate stages. Here is what each one takes out.
One plan, plainly stated
The flagship Glacier is $150/mo; every other machine starts at $80/mo. Replacement filters are billed separately when they are changed — about once a year. Agreement length is quoted per site and confirmed in writing before you sign.

A dispenser that connects directly to your building's water line instead of using 5-gallon jugs. Water runs through 7-stage filtration inside the machine, so there are no deliveries, no jug storage and no lifting — and the cooler never runs empty.
Plans run from $80 per month per dispenser; the flagship Glacier is $150 per month. Installation, scheduled service visits, repairs and unit swaps are included in the plan. Replacement filters are billed separately when they are changed, roughly once a year.
Freestanding towers suit rooms where the dispenser serves the whole floor: more capacity, standing height, no counter space needed. Countertop units suit kitchenettes and reception areas where the counter is the natural home. If you're between the two, the free trial answers it — we install the machine and your team votes with their cups.
