Day 7Keep it on a plan from $80 a month, or we come back and remove it at no cost. If you keep it, the term and the rate are in writing before you sign.

Plan on two units. Past about 25 people, one dispenser becomes a queue at break time — and on the ice machines the bin runs down faster than it rebuilds. We normally split the placement across two machines on the routes people already walk, rather than one bigger unit in a corner.

Municipal water enters the machine on one side and leaves it on the other having passed through seven separate stages. Here is what each one takes out.

Yes. There is no charge for the machine, the installation or the removal during the trial week, and we do not take a credit card to start it. If you decide against it, we collect the unit at no cost.
You either keep the machine on a rental plan starting at $80 a month — $150 for the flagship Glacier — or we remove it. If you keep it, we put the term, the rate and what the plan covers in front of you in writing before anything is signed.
Usually not. Our technicians connect the dispenser to your existing cold water line during the install visit, which typically takes a single visit. If your space needs anything unusual, we tell you before the trial starts, not after.
Whichever one fits your floor. We spec it against headcount, available space and whether you need ice, hot water or sparkling — there are seven models, freestanding and countertop. You can also name the one you want.
The machine, professional installation, scheduled service visits, repairs and unit swaps. Replacement filters are billed separately when they are changed, roughly once a year — that is the only recurring item outside the monthly rate.
We install across Los Angeles County, Orange County and the Inland Empire, plus the surrounding Southern California area. The technician who installs your machine is the one who services it.
